Biography: Born in New York city, she was raised as a normal gal, but people soon found she had a knack for science and making things, especially making things that could hurt others. She was always an irresponsible child, doing whatever she wanted to at any time, though she always stood responsible for her mistakes, like when she got a daughter she kept it and took, and takes, good care of her. When she became an assassin, she had already been doing it a bit of free-lance, but soon she was hired by the goverment as one, and has it as her regular job. She has a maid who takes care of her child while she's away, though she is rarely required anymore as her daughter is 16 and can take care of herself now.

As for her assassination record, she has a habit of blowing things up and doing colletoral damage, but she is also very very quiet, and is often wanted for missions inside buildings due to the simple fact of that she never uses guns, only her hands, which kills much more quietly. if she wants to be quiet, she is usually never found before its too late, and she is known to be very professional about her missions.

Bio: Tomoe is a young up and coming assassin, though she was trained for it since she was able to walk by her father. She can think of nothing other than the kill when she is on a mission, and loves the idea of great bloodshed. She perfers to work with her hands, getting her hands "dirty" is what she lives for, the sight of her target dieing right there is simply amazing to her. Though she is very new she has already become well known for taking out very high risk targets. She has just gotten this job from the government and takes it very seriously.

Lily sat down on the couch, picking up a fag and slowly breathing in the smoke from it. She then breathed out the smoke, amused by the wonderful colour it gave out. She looked up to the roof, looking at the watch. Five minutes until her partner was supposed to arrive. She had heard she was new, a rookie, but she always gave people a chance... Though, she was a bit vary, on this important mission with a rookie seemed kinda... Weird. However, she trusted the people who gave her missions. She sighed deeply and moved some hair out of her eyes before she adjusted her t-shirt a bit, wearing a long black t-shirt and jeans, calmly, having no trouble waiting a bit longer. She was used to it, as an assassin it was her job to wait for the completely right moment. So all she could do was wait.

Tomoe was slightly late for the mission, which was within reason, she needed to make sure her things were together. She walked up to the other girl, her eyes looking over the area. With out a word she got down next to her. Tomoe was wearing a Black turtle neck sweater, that was slightly faded, it clung tight to her body even though it was a sweater. She also wore tight black jeans and a black pair of boots. She turned her head to the girl next to her and nodded. "So.... is this the place for the assignment? Who exactly is the target?" She asked, standing next to her.

"The president for the communist party. It's the red scare all over again." Lily said sounding like she thought of the people who was scared of communism like idiots. "Nice clothes." She said, thinking to herself that if she had not been an assassin she would've called her a slut. However, in this line of work, looking like a slut was completely acceptable.

"Ah I see.." she said and a small smirk appeared on the corner of her mouth. She already wanted to reach for her blade, but it wasn't the time yet. "Red huh?" She giggled a bit to herself. "Well, He'll really be red when I am done with him..." She said already starting to plan a blood bath in her head, even if this was supposed to be quick and silent, she didn't see why she couldn't just make an example of this guy. She thought that if he was doing something wrong, then showing people this by mounting the guys head on a spike would be a good thing.

"Don't even think about it." Lily suddenly said. "This is supposed to be quiet. No trace of who did it. We are supposed to make it silent, and leave. As little blood as possible, no showing off. Nobody wants to know the US goverment did this. We have to make it look like a random murder, og a vigilante." She said. "So take any idea you have in your head of a heroic example setting out right now." She said and looked at her with serious eyes.

Tomoe growled slightly as the girl said that their wouldn't be much bloodshed, she turned her head to look at her, and sighed. "Okay... if you say so." She said and pulled out a blade that was strapped to her leg, engraved on the hilt was a KS, and she grabbed it, holding the blade to her chest. "Please watch over this kill daddy, and help me make it successful." She said with her eyes closed, then opened the back up, sliding the blade back into the hilt.

"Oh you're gonna need a lot more then daddy to bring you through this honey." She said. "he is going to be heavily guarded in a main street building. Lots of people will be around at all times of day, lots of security and well locked rooms. Plus there will be civillians." She said and sighed. "We need to make a plan on where it would be best to enter and how we should proceed through the building until we come to his room." She said and walked over to a wall, activating a map of the hotel.

Tomoe shook her head giving the girl another angry look. "Don't talk bad about my father, he was a greater assassin than you could ever be.." She said with a huff, then begun to think a bit. "Oh maybe we ca..." She stopped partway before she said her whole plan, which was mainly gonna be just going in and killing him in front of everyone, drenching everything in blood before taking off. "N-nevermind..." She said and followed the girl over looking at the map. "Well..." She began to think a bit. "This may sound cliche, but is there some sort of vent system we could use?"

"No." Lily said and shook her head sadly. "It is too small. Plus, at any point where there are heat turned on we could've been choked alive. Too dangerous." She said and frowned. "As for our father, I did not mean to disrespect his name. I, however, do not believe in the afterlife, and as such I do not either believe in praying to dead people." She said. "Focus on the now. There will be enough time to mourn the dead." She said. "I have considered going on the roof. However, for that I need to know if you are good at opening locks." She said. "Are you?" She asked.

Tomoe listened, having a feeling such a simple idea wouldn't work, she let out a slight sigh, knowing now that the vents wouldn't work she listened to Lily's plan and nodded to her. "Of course I can open locks..." She said and grabbed the collar of her sweater, slowly pulling it down to where Lily would be able to see her cleavage, then she reached in and pulled out a few small items. They were a hand full of lock picks. "So... you can lead the way if you like." She said looking at the other girl.

Lily nodded. "Good." She said. "Our target is on the 5th floor. Choking would be the preferred method, and preferably not with the hands, as it could leave evidence." Lily said. "I would like for you to go from the top, then. Meanwhile, I will go from the bottom as a normal person and walk myself up to the floor under the cover of wanting to interview him. Whoever gets there first, kills him as quietly as possible." Lily said. "Clear?" She said.

Tomoe didn't like the idea, it was stupid, quietly, and choking, might as well bore him to death. Tomoe sighed and nodded, she would listen to her anyway and do things like she said. "Okay... that sounds like a good idea to me." She said already going over in her head how she would do it, and also trying to turn it into a good thing. "Well.." she said to herself as she begun to walk over to a hanging pipe, beginning to climb it. "This way I will get to savor his suffering face the entire time, yeah.." She said happily working up to the roof.

"Wait!" Lily shouted up after her and brought her down again from the pipe, catching her as she did. "If anything goes wrong... Anything. I will send you a message on this." She said, giving her a walkie-talkie. "When you get that message, that means silence is no longer required. At that point, you ignore silence, and try to get the target no matter what." Lily said. "Understood?" She asked. When she got her nodd, she smiled to her. "Now you can go." She said.

Tomoe smiled as she climbed back down, taking the walkie-talkie and then nodded. "Okay I understand..." She said climbing back up to the roof. She attached the walkie-talkie to her belt and walked around on the roof, smiling as she found a window on the roof. "hmmm this might work..." She said and walked over, pulling out a single lock pick she leaned down, inserting it into the lock. She slowly worked it around till it finally clicked, the window opening. "I'm in.." she smiled to herself as she dropped in.

Lily meanwhile, took on a reporter card around her neck. She had to do this the boring way. After a lot of chatting and arguing with guards, she begun being escorted up to the room of her target. She just hoped her partner was careful, she hated when she got the blood of others on her hand. Suddenly, she heard an alarm go off. A security camera had caught Tomoe, and now they were on the way. The guards around her apologized, then ran off towards Tomoe's location. "Change of plan Tomoe. I am unhindered to the target. Go loud, and keep them distracted." Lily said, then begun running up the stairs towards the floor of their target.

Tomoe didn't hear the alarm but heard Lily over the walkie talkie. "Right got it." She said looking around at the empty, hall she quickly looked up and slid back out through the window pulling out her knife. She sat there for a moment as the guards came running, she smirked seeing them below her. She dropped down on top of them quickly slicing the ones throat open, and went after the second, throwing a smaller knife at him, slicing the man across the face.

Meanwhile Lily was running upstairs as fast as her legs could carry her, dodging a guard who tried to attack her and breaking his neck like it was a popsicle stick, before continuing to sprint upstairs. As she got upstairs, she caught the target running away from his room. She growled, charging after him and grabbing him, though he was rather strong. "I got him tomoe," she said into her walkie talkie as she held him tight. "Guards are coming though. I am taking the window exit... Try to get out without trouble okay?" She said, then she took the target with her and leaped out the window taking him with her, then let him go. Unlike him, she had brought equipment for this and out of her jeans pulled a rope, which she tied around a convient flagpole, then she spun around so she sat down Assassin's Creed style on it, while watching her target splat into the ground with no proof of her involvement. She then locked up a window and went back inside, quickly taking a knife and making some deep cut marks on herself, and then she cut her own clothes at the same points so it looked like she had been attacked. Sliding down into the corner, she closed her eyes, and waited for the police arrive so she could play helpless victim. She had made sure there was no security cameras in the area she did this.

Tomoe smiled. "Got it Lil." She said in the talkie, taking out a few more guards before sliding up and out of the window. As she begun to flee she could already hear the siren in the background, pulling up to the place. "Shit gotta get out of here..." She said taking off across the roof, jumping to another building, she ran across the roof ducking down onto a fire escape and into a window. The small apartment she entered was empty, which was lucky for her. She decided she would just hide out there till she got the okay from Lily.

Soon enough, the police arrived. By this time Lily had gotten rather exhausted and a bit weak by her self-inflicted blood loss, and was waiting hazily for the police to arrive. As they did, she allowed herself to pass out for a moment, which got her a free pass to the hospital, and neither was she suspected of having done it. By the time they figure out it might actually have been her she would've recovered and left.

As she woke up beneath the covers of a hospital bed about two hours, she sneaked her walkie talkie out of her pocket. "I am in the hospital, Tomoe... I am okay. Target is dead. You can go home... Tell the CIA the mission is accomplished." Lily said. "Now if you excuse me... My escape method made me bleed a lot so... Um... I'm gonna stay here a while.." She said, then turned of the walkie-talkie and went back to sleep.

Tomoe had passed out on the floor of the empty apartment for a few hours, being woken up by the walkie talkie going off. She quickly grabbed it, sleepily talking. "No... no... five more minutes..." She said as she talked back then suddenly sat up rubbing her eyes. "Oh.. are you sure you're okay?" She asked with concern for the girl she did the job with. "I'll um go tell them.." She said and got up, leaving the apartment and heading out. An hour or so later she showed up in the hospital, walking into Lily's room. "Hey Sis!" She said coming in and giving Lily a hug, a doctor behind her. "Could we get some time to talk doc?" She said looking at him, and he just nodded walking away. "Hey.. I came to see you before I head back.." She said patting her hand. "Umm I told the doctor I was your sister to get in..."

"Daughter would've been more likely..." She said with a tired smile. "I am probably gonna be here for a while... I made the wound deeper then I intended." She said and frowned. "Might need to stay here for some time... Was worth it though." She said and smiled to her. "You did good." She said. "I got myself into a tricky situation by accident, I killed a guard on instinct..." She said. "Doing what I did was the only way to make sure I did not get the blame." She said and frowned. "Has the papers raised suspicion?" She asked.

Tomoe smiled as she looked at the girl, giggling a bit. "Oh i see, well you will get better, so that is all that matters..." She said and then nodded a bit. "Yeah I was able to get out without leaving any evidence behind, so I think we should be fine.." She said and the slowly shook her head a bit. "No, they say that he was murdered by a unknown person, they actually took in his wife and his alleged lover as suspects." She smiled wide. "Well... they think it was some kind of revenge for his cheating... so we are good."

She chuckled. "Communists... Everyone shall be equal to everyone else, except for them." She said and chuckled a bit. "Can't possibly see why people are scared of them." She said as she sighed deeply. "Oh well..." She grumbled deeply. "I'm Lily, by the way... I don't think we ever got introduced to each other." She said with a tired smile to her partner.
