they where taken in by the previous Tsuchikage, whom took a particuliar intrest into young Oiguru, and started to train him personally

Oiguru was a cheerfull kid, didnt take much serious, exept his trainings, he adored the Tsuchikage, and loved to be with his teacher..

However where happyness is, Disaster isnt far behind.. as the Kage came to pass, Oiguru became demotivated and studborn... he didnt care anymore.. and didnt feel it was worth trying anymore.. he didnt progress any further then a Chunin.. because he didnt see the point

Oiguru did take revenge on the apparant murdereours of his Teacher, he listened to the tracherous words of the street. And without thinking believed it was indeed the village Hidden in the Mist that did in his beloved teacher

He went back and stole the legendary sword once belonging to Sabuza.. this made him an hated enemy of the mist village

Despire years later the Mist village has proven to NOT be behind his masters death, he still holds the sword dear.. he still believes somethign went on..and he just likes the blade

He also upset the Kazekage by groping her breast on a visit.. he is not allowed within a mile of the sand village. And really.. he prefers to stay away after that event

the strange thing is that, since the new Tsuchikage take office.. he has been working again.. and hard too.. as if he was newly motived. He takes lots of missions including her.. and even when he complains aboiut it.. he is quite fierce to it

Jutsu and abilities:

Mainly taijutsu focused with either swords or body, she uses her kekkei genkai to increase her bodies defensive capabilities and her offensive capabilities. She has been known to sometimes drop using weapons all together and use her kekkei genkai on her nails, turning them into weapons.

While she has only shown the mentioned armor release, she is highly skilled with it in combination with her taijutsu, and she has been shown to be able to activate it in certain areas without hand signs.

She has also shown she is able to open all eight chakra gates, and hold them open for a surprisingly long amount of time, although like with all other people, the more she holds them open the more it will tear on her. Her endurance is so that she has managed to survive using Gate of Death, however, this was only for 2 seconds (one last insta-kill punch), but it is still an impressive feat as most people would die just by activating it.

Bio: Born in Nadeshiko, she is not actually considered a "Missing-nin" to the village. In fact, in the eyes of the village, she is more of a failure than a missing-nin. Her village has a tradition of that women acquire their men by travelling out into the world and finding a man who she simultaneously likes and who is stronger than her. The problem with this is that Kame has not yet found a man who is able to defeat her, and those who might be able has refused to date her or has not fought her.

As a result of this, she has joined the Akatsuki, having them as more of a temporary alliance than a faction. Being with them lets her meet a lot of really strong people, and she has a tiny hope of that one day she'll find a man who can defeat her and who at the same time isn't all that bad looking. However, that doesn't mean she is not loyal to the Akatsuki; due to her honorable nature she always follows orders.

Other: Normally very silent, she uses her eyes, facial reactions or the occasional sigh to describe how she feels for the most part. She talks only in two situations: In battles, or when drunk. She is also a rather honorable person, refusing to fight with people far below her power level if it isn't required.

Soon after the 8-tails was put into "Bee", A evil sword was found that seem to become attached to him. It seem to work well with 8-tails as it could steal the chakra from the enemy and replenish the host. When combined with the 8tails, the user of both can use it's tentacles to suck chakra out through the suction cups on them. One great point of the sword, Samehada, no one else can wield it without its consent. If someone other than 8-tails and "A" touch the sword sharp spikes appear around the handle and will protect itself.

The only reason why the Raikage needs a body guard was more to keep the 8-tails and "B" safe but also to keep both in check.

Biography: Born right after the end of the fourth Shinobi war, Meppoto Kunida has been the Raikage for 45 years now. He spent the first 5 years of that rank among the living, a time when, due to not being a mission taking Shinobi anymore, he thought he would be able to finally start a family with his wife, Samatta Kunida, who was a very powerful medical-nin. In those 5 years, he gained massive amounts of respect from the Cloud Village, as well as from the Kage from the other village. His affinity for peaceful diplomacy and strong alliances kept him in good blood, as well as his low tolerance for rogue ninja who made trouble for not only his own village, but the others as well. Then he died.

Meppoto was ambushed and brutally put down by an enormous group of rogue Shinobi while on his way to the Sand Village for a regular meeting. It was this tragedy that marked his 5th anniversary of becoming the Raikage. The grief that consumed Samatta nearly led her to suicide. At the time she was pregnant with their child. Upon giving birth, there were obvious complications; ones that could make living a normal life impossible. The sorrow that consumed Samatta simply overflowed.

She gave in to her temptations and performed the Impure World Reincarnation technique. Samatta thought that if she could have Meppoto back, then they could have a child that wouldn’t have to suffer through life. She used their deformed child as the living sacrifice to bring Meppoto back. The process took so much chakra from Samatta that the technique almost failed. She had just enough life force left to perform the Summoning, and Meppoto came back into the world to see the body of his wife before him in the middle of a dim, damp cave. With no chance at closure, and nobody to control him, Meppoto was cursed to live in this form for an unknown, indefinite amount of time.

He walked into the Cloud Village carrying his wife’s body to be met by the guards. He asked to speak to the person who had taken his place as Raikage in the short time he was absent, and upon meeting him, kindly asked for his position back. The Shinobi who had been appointed Raikage knew there wasn’t much he could do to oppose an immortal living corpse like Meppoto, and stepped down to let the man be reappointed.

So many years later, Meppoto has seen other Kages come and go, countless Shinobi live and die, and the constantly changing states of diplomatic ties between the villages. His inability to fatigue or feel pain has allowed him to train many new powerful techniques, and as such he is highly respected by the other current Kage. He does his absolute best to keep the alliances peaceful between all of the villages, and is hailed as the most skilled negotiator for such things. Keeping with the tradition of the Village Hidden in the Clouds, Meppoto has also been the “A” to many “B’s” since his revival. He’s seen the 8 tails be sealed within a number of Jinchurikis over the years, but seeing as he is practically immortal, Meppoto has no need for a “bodyguard” per say. Instead, the 8 tails Jinchuriki is always near him so that he can protect the individual and the beast from capture and death, as well as keep them both in check. The latest Jinchuriki for the 8 tails, “Bee,” has been his ‘bodyguard’ for a few years now.

While most of her powers are unknown, it is known that she has a rather strong ability to use genjutsu, having been able to fool entire villages (although rather small ones) into that she was a sickly injured child. She is also presumed highly skilled in combat in general due to her ability to slay the entire population of a small village overnight, without any neighboring village noticing. Whether this is work of her genjutsu or not is not answered.

Other than that, little is known of her powers, as she hasn't been in active combat for a hundred years.

Bio:

Unknown of past like her companion Himebi, she was first spotted when she infiltrated a relatively unknown village in Wind Country. There, she took on the disguise of an injured child, stumbling into the village with a knife in her side. One week after her appearance, everyone in the village was found dead.

This happened again in a village later, when the exact same thing happened, everybody found dead, in positions varying from just "simply" murdered with a knife, to more creative deaths. One woman in particular, identified to be the villages leader, had been flayed completely, by the work of a knife.

This bloodbath continued in a few villages, far away from the main base of the Wind Country so it would not be perceived as a threat, but still being scary. After a while, the killings simply stopped, and people presumed the murderer had just given up on making the country mad, or had gone tired. That was until a squad of ANBU was found dead, close to the capital.

The entire capital went into lockdown, and guards was searching constantly for the person who had done. But the person was never found. Several hundred years went by, and no further murders has happened. However, the mystery of the murders that happened hundreds of years ago still remain; the mystery of the injured child.

After hundreds of years of doing unknown things, Chi has found a companion to join up with. She now travels along with Chi, though she has never told her why; and she has no plans to. She just knows that the path she follows will hopefully bring her a chance for destruction; something she is completely fine with.

Personality:

Depending on who you are, she is either talkative, snarky, with a dark sense of humor, or she is psycho, sadistic and completely mad. It's not that one is an act and the other is the real her, both are the real her, it just depends on who you are and how much you manage to make her mad, and more importantly, how much sadistic she feels at the time. When she gets mad, her black colored right eye turns into what you see in the picture, and, once again depending on who you are, she will threaten you, or make sure you die in a very painful way. (How she acts when mad depends on how much you are worth. Himebi can piss her off rather awful before she becomes hostile to her, but a random shinobi can just make one wrong passing by comment and find himself dead.)

As a child Koto was locked away in a mountain fortress, her cage was covered in seals and charms and she rarely saw more then the occasional person who brought her her food. Feeling the sorrow of an animal in a cage she grew to hate the beast inside her that caused her to be locked away. It was what she perceived as the kindness of the Tsuchikage that lead to her eventual release. Feeling a sense of freedom like never before Koto started roaming around the village and its surrounding area, communing with beasts and nature. She was never truly free though, eventually she discovered the bars of her cage, and learned the limits to her freedom. However, even this much freedom had managed to make her tormented mind feel a great sense of loyalty to her liberator the kage, she studied and developed her fighting style and jutsu in the pursuit of protecting her village, seeking the love and praise of her kage and approval of her peers. bio: Azayu is the older brother of Kasumi Uzumaki, and the source of much of her malicious hatred for the Leaf, not to mention himself. As children, Azayu made it a point to torture Kasumi in countless ways long after their parents were killed. He was a powerful Shinobi, hiding under the guise of sanity and kindness, while his true colors were only shown in the presence of his baby sister. They lived in the Leaf Village, where Kasumi suffered under his madness until one day he mysteriously disappeared, which she took as the chance to leave the Leaf for good. His favorite thing to do was asphyxiate her while watching the fear grow in her eyes, but he never let her die. Wherever he is, he knows she still fears him, and the possibility that he will show up alive one day.

truth be told I was gonna make nel a hidden mist swordswoman like before but I was afraid people might not like me having two jounin rank characters...oh well she could always advance later in the story lol.

Most of her History is ofcoruse sealed off when she moved into the ANBU, but it is said taht behind the mask is the face of a beautiful, scorn woman.. she has a good connection with the time space element in terms of summons, she uses alot of scrolls, able to transport weapons and cargo..

She prefers to use cold steel over Jutsu’s. But has enough skill to back it up.. the reach of ANBU is something that proves this.. as one of the Ninja’s that carries out the darkest missions of the Hokage..

About: Kenta is the personal body double of Jullieta daughter of the Yamikage he was chosen at a young age for his similarity in appearance to the young princess and his family lines unique Kekkei Genkai the Blood Release. bio: toshi is takamaru's right hand and most trusted student as well as his body guard, when toshi was in the acadamy he didnt speak much to the other students mostly cause he was afreid they would pick on him, he was right to be afreid. a few shinobi students who were picking on him almost killed him in an ally way, that was till takamaru found and dealt with the situation, takamaru promised to help and teach him how to defend himself which he did.


toshi training under takamaru he learned alot of what takamaru knew, an very quick. when takamaru and toshi sparred, he came close to beating him a few times but to no avail. for a few years toshi joined the medical shinobi in which he felt he acceled in, after those short years takamaru became hokage. being takamarus close friend takmaru offered him a spot right next to him as the anbu captain, toshi gladly accepted this.
